Lenovo announces-ThinkPad X131e Chromebook

Lenovo has announced its first Chrome OS running notebook-11.6-inch ThinkPad X131e.  Thinkpad is targeted at students and shares tough and solidly built body.

ThinkPad X131e Chromebook is specifically built for schools and will be available on February 26 via a special bid through which US schools and institutions will have the chance to get. However, it’ll also be freely sold in the States for $429.

The Chromebook is having undisclosed Intel processor, HDMI, VGA and 3 USB ports and according to the company battery will be good enough to last for an entire school day. i.e.,around 6-7 hours, while the screen resolution is of 1366 x 768 pixels.
