Micromax has announced its first quard-core processor smartphone - A116 Canvas HD , powered by MediaTek's MT6589 1.2 GHz quad core processor and runs Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.

It's priced below Rs 15,000,and will be available in India from the first week of February, 2013.
