Otto is the first GIF capture camera, its built by Rasberry Pi so you can easily customize it as per your needs. Simple camera which provides you animated photos.
You just need to capture photos by using crank and the captured photos automatically sync with your phone

Using Otto device application you can choose the mode, type of frames you want to capture and other useful options are present in mobile app as shown below
