Ubuntu was planned to release it's own device called edge but because of lack of donations the project got stopped and later BQ launched Ubuntu's devices but they were not available in India. Now after a long time BQ has launched it's 2 Ubuntu based devices via Snapdeal Aquaris E5 & Aquaris E4.5.

Snapdeal is not authorized seller of Dell products as per Dell

Previously Lenovo has made a statement that Flipkart is not authorized seller of Lenovo and there is no warranty, If you buy a Lenovo phone from Flipkart. And now Dell said that Snapdeal is not the authorized dealer for Dell Laptops and Ultrabooks. They have mentioned the same in top of Laptop and Ultrabook page as shown below


Dell says:
• Snapdeal.com is not a Dell authorized reseller and Snapdeal.com is not authorized to make any representation for and on behalf of Dell products, benefits and entitlements.

Jolla will be available soon exclusively on Snapdeal

Jolla will be available soon exclusively on Snapdeal. Today, the company announced its partnership with Snapdeal, which will see the e-commerce site retailing Jolla’s first smartphone.


As far as specifications are concerned, the Jolla smartphone sports a 4.5-inch qHD (960×540 pixels) display and is powered by a 1.4GHz Snapdragon dual-core processor paired with 1GB of RAM. The smartphone also features an 8-megapixel rear camera, 2-megapixel front-facing camera, 16GB internal storage, microSD card slot, and a 2,100mAh battery.
