If you go to Google store and check for devices, you will find Nexus 7 16GB model which you can buy right now But if you click on shop now button from home page you will redirected to a new page where its written "This device is not for sale this time"
And if you scroll down and check for specification you will find its 32GB version of Nexus 7. so it means 32GB version will be available soon in India.
As per other sources this tablet will cost you INR 18,999.
