As you know there are plenty of smart phones are present in market and almost all have one major problem which is battery life, as the phone features increases battery life decreases. And people from different companies and research institutes are working on a battery which can charge in seconds and last long.
Israeli startup has developed a charger prototype which will charge your phone in 30 seconds, for now the prototype is developed for Galaxy S4 and its working as expected.

The device looks big as it's a prototype but when it will hit shelves the size will be reduced like our normal charger.
Production is planned for late 2016, with the price being estimated at double that of a regular smart phone charger.
