Android 4.4.3 is coming very soon to all Nexus devices, as T-mobile also confirmed that they are sending the latest update 4.4.3 to all devices. The factory images of 4.4.3 already pushing to AOSP and the process will be completed in more 2 or 3 hours.

So we can say that the Android 4.4.3 will be available soon via OTA to all Nexus devices worldwide.
