As you know the Android 4.4.3 is already available for all Nexus devices and also for Moto devices. Now Samsung is almost ready to roll out 4.4.3 update for Galaxy S5 & S4. Most Probably Galaxy S5 will receive the update this month as the final testing is done for the same.
As shown in above picture the update for S4 is still in its final stage, so as per rumors it will be available in Next month. So we can say both the devices will be updated till end of next month.
