Yesterday HTC has announced that Android L will become available for HTC one series within 90 days of receiving the final code and later Motorola Germany has updated the Facebook page and said the Android L will be available for Moto X & G in the fall.
Moto E is not mentioned, so we can assume the Android L will not be coming to Moto E
