Rangefinder - Hand Held Range Finder for the Blind w/iPhone

Rangefinder is a device which is very helpful for blind person, as we know currently blind people are using stick to check the near by objects. The stick has a very limited range so sometime people may feel difficulty. So the range finder will replace the stick and provide help to blinds while moving.

Rangefinder is like a digital eyes which will help to see whats next or the different obstacles around. The device is able to connect to the any mobile device via Bluetooth.
Bruce Seymour got this idea when one of his father's friend facing difficulty while travelling. His father is an Electrical Engg, so he and his father developed this device and thought it also very useful for other people in the world.

They developed a prototype which is quite good but they can develop even better with your support, as you know to complete every project financial help is needed.
