Firstouch - First smartphone, which translate English to Gujarati simply by swipe

As we know lots of languages are spoken in India and mostly the people face problem while using a mobile is language. People who do not know English properly is find difficulty in using a device and more in messaging. Firstouch is a Mumbai based company and they Introduce their first phone in which text will be translated into Gujarati from English and vice versa by just a swipe.


Priced at Rs 5,999, the Firstouch A10 is entry-level Android Jelly Bean smartphone powered by a dual-core 1.2 GHz CPU on a 4-inch screen. Check out the video below



Now you might think why only Gujarati, so for that Co-founder & CEO Rakesh Deshmukh said

Our market research established that Gujarati’s are far more enterprising and ready to experiment with new products in the market. Our existing relationship also helped us to get quick access to the market in Gujarat,

The company wants to cover all leading languages in the country by 2015, it also plans to launch 10 models of Firstouch regional smartphones priced between Rs 3,500 and Rs 12.500 in the next one year.
