Jolla Launcher is now available for Android 4.2+ - By XDA Community

As you know Jolla launcher will soon be available on Google play for Android 4.3+ devices, as its in Alpha stage now. A member of XDA developer recently introduced a same launcher for 4.2+ devices. Its original Jolla launcher the only difference is it will work on 4.2

You might face issues in this launcher, as 4.3+ is still in Aplha phase, so this might have issues more but its good to try.
