Shut App - An android app to save battery

As name suggests "Shut App" shut down all of your background applications which runs in background and save your battery. This application actually force close the apps, so that the running application will close down fully and does not eat your battery in background. Very easy to use application with good graphics and user interface.

Shut App also provide a pocket feature which is really good but you have to purchase it, pocket feature will close your auto starting apps automatically when your device is in your pocket. but this feature is not working in my device perfectly, as I can see the apps are still appears running on background when I remove my device from pocket and unlock it.

Shut App also provide a white-list feature by which you can stop closing some apps you want.

I am using this application with other application built by same developer called "Doze" and I found 20% increase in my battery life.My experience is previously when I charged my phone in morning to 100% or 95% then my phone battery remains 60% to 55% till 1 or 2 in afternoon but now it's showing 75% to 80%, so can say approx 20% increase in battery.

Doze is an other application which stop your data connection when your device screen is off or can say no applications except added in white-list will connect to internet while device screen is off. As we know background apps always connected to internet even they are closed like Facebook and other apps and online games. And applications can connect to network when your device screen is on or you are using the phone.

To work Doze creates a VPN connection (not VPN in its true sense. It is a barrier to block data flow) and stop apps to connect to internet.

As now most of people will think then what is the use of smartphone, If we have to use it in this way but there is no other option as you also know. So it's just a way so that your device battery will last long and you have juice when you really needed.
